Hi, I'm Nasikin.

A Customer Service Professional with over 3 years of hands-on experience in IT, specifically in Web Hosting. I enjoy helping people navigate technical challenges in a way that's clear and approachable, regardless of their technical background.

Skilled in diagnosing and resolving website issues, particularly those involving WordPress, Laravel, and CodeIgniter. Outside of work, I manage my own Linux server (VPS), experiment with WordPress, and have published plugins to the WordPress.org directory.

I approach every problem with critical thinking, looking at it from multiple angles to find solutions that actually work.

Assist and guide customers of IDwebhost, Resellercamp, and Diskon.com to ensure their services operate smoothly and without issues.

  • Handled 60–80 customer inquiries daily across Live Chat and WhatsApp, peaking at 150+ on high-volume days, maintaining a response time under 2 minutes
  • Maintained a strong customer satisfaction rating of 9.39/10 across 3,900+ ratings as of April 2026
  • Assisted customers of IDwebhost, Diskon.com, Resellercamp, mer.id, and Cloudbaik with issues related to websites, hosting, domains, email, and server management
  • Resolved the majority of technical issues independently, coordinating with relevant teams when additional input was needed, and escalating to a ticket when issues required further investigation
  • Outside of direct chat support, provided community assistance across 5 WhatsApp groups with a combined audience of 4,000+ members on a rotational basis
  • Occasionaly conducted live streaming sessions on TikTok and Instagram (3 hours per session) to assist and engage customers in real-time
  • Onboarded new IDwebhost customers by assisting with initial setup tasks such as WordPress installation, script uploads, SSL configuration, and email account creation via cPanel, ensuring a smooth start with the platform and its services
